SmartAdjust can automatically change your 22 digital resistance levels based on your workout history and performance for a hands-free, immersive experience. The power ramp of this elliptical goes from -5% to 15%. The built-in 5-inch high contrast display will show live stats, including speed, power ramp percentage, distance, and estimated calories. The AirGlide LE Elliptical provides a great way to burn calories with low-impact traditional elliptical movements.
