SmartAdjust can automatically change your 0% to 10% incline and your 0-16 KPH speed based on your workout history and performance for a hands-free, immersive experience. Connect a heart rate monitor using Bluetooth and turn on iFIT's ActivePulse feature so that the automatic treadmill adjustments change based on your target heart rate zone. The built-in 5 inch high contrast display will show live stats, including speed, incline, distance, and estimated calories.
